Joon Realty announced a new ultra-luxury housing project called Adi Grand on the outskirts of Jaipur. The company plans to invest Rs 450 crore into this development. Pre-bookings are set to start in July 2025, with residents moving in by early 2027.
The project covers 40 acres and is near the new Delhi-Jaipur-Mumbai Expressway (NH148). It is a climate-friendly retreat that combines eco-conscious design with luxury living. The company said the development will have over 60% open space, including a central man-made lake.
Earlier this year, Joon Realty revealed a Rs 1,125 crore plan to shift focus from land purchases to building properties. Managing Director Mohit Joon explained that Adi Grand shows how real estate is adopting green building ideas.
He added that India’s market for luxury green homes could reach USD 39 billion by 2025. More wealthy buyers now consider environmental habits when investing. Joon said their goal is to create projects that are good for the environment and hold long-term value.
Joon Realty is a family-run company started in 2025. Its team has over 30 years of experience in land buying, engineering, and infrastructure. The firm has built its reputation through land deals in North India, especially in places like Gurugram.
Their homes are mainly in cities like Jaipur, Udaipur, Uttarakhand, and Goa. These locations attract high-net-worth people looking for authentic, peaceful getaways.
