Sobha is launching a luxury project worth 800 crore rupees in Greater Noida

Sobha Ltd is investing Rs 800 crore to build a new luxury housing project in Greater Noida. The project will include 420 apartments. This marks Sobha’s fifth project in the Delhi-NCR area. The company is planning to expand its presence in this market.

All necessary approvals for the project, called Sobha Aurum, have been obtained. The project covers 3.46 acres and offers a development area of 9.3 lakh square feet. Sobha did not specify the total project cost but sources estimate it will be about Rs 800 crore.

The apartments are on sale at roughly Rs 14,000 per square foot. Prices range from Rs 1 crore to Rs 3.5 crore. The land for this project was bought through an auction for around Rs 160 crore.

Sobha already has a foothold in Delhi-NCR, with several projects in Gurugram, such as Sobha International City on Dwarka Expressway. This is the company’s first project in Greater Noida and its fifth in the region.

Jagadish Nangineni, Sobha’s Managing Director, says entering Greater Noida is a new chapter. He notes that over 30 years, Sobha has built a name based on quality, honesty, and trust. These values have helped gain customer confidence across India.

He adds that Sobha is confident its focus on quality will set a new standard for luxury living in the area. Since starting, Sobha has built around 145 million square feet of space.
