Nisus Finance plans to invest ₹115 crore in three real estate projects across Mumbai and Pune

Kumar Vibe Properties has secured ₹115 crore in funding from Nisus Finance to advance its development plans. The project company, Kumar Vibe Properties Pvt Ltd, is a 50:50 joint venture between Kumar Properties and Infrastructure LLP, led by Hitesh Jain, and Vibe Realty Pvt Ltd, led by Gopal Sarda. A joint statement released on July 23 confirmed the investment.

The funding will support three new projects in key locations: Khar West and Goregaon West in Mumbai, and the NIBM area in Pune. These projects target different buyer segments. In Khar West, ultra-luxury homes priced at ₹7 crore or more will be built. Goregaon West will see premium homes costing between ₹3 crore and ₹4.25 crore. The NIBM project will offer affordable homes, up to ₹1.25 crore.

Together, these developments are expected to generate over ₹1100 crore in sales, the statement said. Gopal Sarda, CEO of Vibe Realty, expressed enthusiasm about partnering with Nisus Finance. He said the partnership shows how strong their business fundamentals are and highlights their focus on creating high-end homes. The funding not only helps complete current projects but also sets the stage for future growth in competitive markets.

Avadhoot Sarwate, CIO of Nisus Finance, shared confidence in the deal. He noted the firm prefers to invest in real estate teams with good experience, strong project ideas, and clear goals. The partnership with Kumar Vibe fits well with that approach. Sarwate also mentioned Gopal Sarda’s history of successful projects, making the investment a promising move. Both sides plan to build a long-term relationship focused on mutual success.
