Sunteck Realty reveals a new project near Mumbai with a total value of ₹1,200 crore

Sunteck Realty announced plans for a new project along the Western Express Highway in Mumbai. The development will cover 13,500 square meters and have a potential of 550,000 square feet of carpet area. The company signed a joint development agreement to upgrade 3.5 acres of land on Mira Road near Mumbai. The project is expected to have a gross value of around ₹1,200 crore.

Kamal Khetan, chairman and managing director of Sunteck Realty, said this agreement shows their focus on growing in areas with high potential. Mira Road, with its strong infrastructure and good connections, is perfect for creating a luxury residential project. Khetan pointed out that Sunteck SkyPark nearby proved they can turn locations into desirable places to live. The new project aims to boost the neighborhood’s value and offer upgraded living options.

The land is right next to the highway and close to the upcoming Metro Line 9 station at Miragaon. It also has easy access to the Dahisar and Mira Road railway stations. Mira Road has become a popular area for home buyers. It is close to schools, hospitals, shopping centers, and green spaces. People want high-quality homes in convenient locations, and demand continues to grow.

Real estate agents say the price of apartments in Mira Road usually ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per square foot, with some exceptions.
