Godrej Properties Limited acquired land in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. The company won an e-auction for a 7.825-acre residential plot. This happened on August 21, 2025. The Telangana Housing Board sold the land. The bid totaled Rs 547.75 crore. This project should generate Rs 3,800 crore. It will feature premium homes. The site is near HITEC City. It is also in a popular residential area.
