Gaurs Group acquired 12 acres on the Yamuna Expressway. They will build a luxury housing project there. The investment is about ₹1,400 crore. The project will feature tall, high-end homes. It will include many amenities. These meet the needs of picky buyers. Gaurs Group previously built Gaur Yamuna City. This 250-acre area was completed. It started before the Jewar airport was announced. Over 10,000 people now live there.
Manoj Gaur, the company’s chairman, stated their connection to the expressway is strong. They invested early, seeing the airport as a future possibility. With the airport nearing operation, the area will grow quickly. He believes the expressway is the future city. Gaurs Group is helping to shape it.
The group has the land. They have asked for building permits. Sales will start after RERA approval. Sarthak Gaur, a director, said Sector 22-D is promising. It is becoming a prime housing spot. This new project could bring in ₹2,000 crore. They are looking to buy more land nearby.
Besides homes, the Yamuna Expressway sees growth in industry. Businesses, hotels, and shops are also increasing. Gaurs Group has built over 65 million sq. ft. of space. They have finished 75,000 homes. This includes three large townships.
