What are CIDCO’s nodes? CIDCO oversees planning in Navi Mumbai areas. It built 14 nodes like Airoli, Vashi, Nerul, Belapur, Kharghar, Kamothe, New Panvel, Ulwe, and Dronagiri. Land there started as 30-year leases.

In July 2024, CIDCO said leasehold home plots can switch to freehold.

CIDCO noted that owners of eligible plots should submit papers and pay fees to convert.
