The second deal stars Mridula and Aashi. They paid 87 lakh rupees for a flat in Aashapura Heritage at Kandivali West, Mumbai. It has 424.95 square feet of RERA carpet area. Costs included 4.35 lakh rupees in stamp duty and 30,000 rupees in fees, per records.
