Leadership Boost: Total Environment Taps Godrej Properties Veteran Pramod Bisht as New MD & CEO
Total Environment, the Bengaluru-based real estate firm known for its custom-designed, nature-embracing homes, has announced a significant hire: Pramod Bisht is joining as the new MD & CEO for its Real Estate Development vertical.
Bisht brings nearly three decades of distinguished experience in scaling businesses and driving operational excellence across India’s top real estate companies.
A Career of Proven Success
Pramod Bisht’s resume includes senior leadership roles at major organizations, such as Tata Realty, Lodha Developers, Altisource, the AXA Group, and most recently, Godrej Properties.
As the former CEO for South India at Godrej Properties, Bisht was instrumental in significantly scaling the business, managing a portfolio with annual sales bookings exceeding ₹6,500 crore. His academic background is equally strong, with an Advanced Management degree from The Wharton School, an MBA from IIM Bangalore, and a B.E. from the Delhi College of Engineering.

In his new role, Bisht will be tasked with spearheading Total Environment’s Real Estate growth strategy. His focus will be on unlocking new development opportunities, securing strategic partnerships, and building the necessary capabilities to ensure timely and successful project delivery, all aligned with the group’s unique vision.

Total Environment, which was founded in 1996, has successfully delivered close to 4,000 custom-designed homes and currently has 14 million sq. ft. under construction. The group is coming off a strong year, having recorded sales bookings of ₹3,007 crore (US $350 million) in the calendar year 2024.
