New Delhi, Oct 16 (PTI) Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE) teamed up with Fortis Memorial Research Institute to deliver health care to people in its two Gurugram home projects.
Fortis Memorial Research Institute (FMRI) runs as a top-level hospital with many super-specialty services.
SPRE announced Thursday that this tie-up with FMRI will bring top-quality health care to folks in Joyville Gurugram at Sector 102 and The Dualis at Sector 46.
SPRE handles the setup and buildings for the medical spots. FMRI takes charge of supplies, staff, and daily operations.
These spots offer strong basic health care and wellness plans for residents and their families.
Sriram Mahadevan, SPRE’s CEO and Joyville Shapoorji Housing’s managing director, stated: “We work hard to build great homes that put resident health first. This link with Fortis lets us add expert health care right into our neighborhoods. Residents get ease, comfort, and calm over their health.”
The firm noted residents gain free and low-cost medical help. This covers check-ups for vital signs, basic first aid, wound care, shots, and biweekly talks with internal doctors.
People also get deals on tests, full health exams, and hospital stays at Fortis Gurugram.
Free ambulance rides stand ready for urgent needs.
Yashpal Singh Rawat, FMRI’s facility director, added: “Our goal with SPRE is to deliver FMRI’s reliable care and expert skills straight to homes. Our skilled doctors and nurses make health care easier to reach, more handy, and tied to the community. This helps build better habits and quick help for all.”
SPRE eyes growth over 130 million square feet. It operates in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Gurugram, and Kolkata.
