CM: Gujarat tops for real estate growth. Realtors must check out options

NEW DELHI, Dec 19: Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel urged real estate developers on Friday to invest in his state. It holds vast business chances and fast project approvals.

Gujarat now tops the list for real estate work. It sets a strong example for smart urban growth.

At CREDAI’s national meet here, Patel called on realtors to check business options in GIFT City. He also pointed to the new Dholera industrial city.

He pushed firms to build projects that protect the environment.

The prime minister aims to make India developed by 2047. Patel said real estate will help reach that goal.

He stressed that government and builders must team up for Housing for All.

Patel asked developers to honor India’s heritage in designs. They can use global building tech too.

Real estate needs to chase sustainable growth, he said. Homes, offices, and malls must stay green.

Gujarat leads in planned urban growth, Patel added.

The state runs a single window system for project nods. Approvals come on strict timelines.

Land records sit fully digital there.

We set firm dates for all real estate approvals, Patel said. Top national developers now eye Gujarat investments.

The state pushes green buildings and renewable energy.

Gujarat ranks best for real estate growth. Patel urged realtors to tap GIFT City near Ahmedabad. Dholera sprawls over 920 square kilometers.

State teams build key infra at Dholera. It draws industries like semiconductors.

Patel told developers to create livable, green, and future-proof projects. (PTI)
