Cross-Country Journey Tells a New Real Estate Tale

Indian real estate’s story unfolds not just in offices but on highways. It is told in busy city streets and by those building the future.

The Realty Drive 2025 is different. It’s a traveling event. It will explore India’s city plans. It examines real estate growth and infrastructure changes. It also looks at culture and history.

From September 15 to 24, expect over 100 videos. There will be a 90-minute film. Many short clips, live talks, and quick tips are included.

The trip starts in Mumbai. It’s India’s financial hub and a luxury center. Then it moves to Surat. Surat is a diamond city now building big infrastructure.

Next, the group goes to Ahmedabad. Here, business energy fuels new areas. GIFT City and Dholera are examples. The journey continues to Jaipur. Jaipur mixes old traditions with new city design.

The trip ends in Noida and Gurugram. These cities near Delhi are shaping India’s urban future.

Chintan Vasani said, “Real estate is how people live, eat, and connect.” Vishal Bhargava noted, “This drive connects policies, markets, and stories.” He added, “We share them on the ground.” Rafique Merchant believes, “Each city has a unique pulse.” He said, “This trip captures it honestly.”
