Godrej Properties aims for more than ₹10,000 crore in revenue from its Worli housing project

Godrej Properties, a real estate company, looks to earn over ₹10,000 crore from a new housing project in Mumbai’s Worli area.

The project, called Godrej Trilogy, covers 2.63 acres and includes three residential towers.

The firm plans to start sales for two towers in the first phase this quarter.

In a filing with regulators on Monday, the company shared that it got the registration certificate from Maharashtra’s Real Estate Regulatory Authority for Godrej Trilogy in Worli. This work is part of a joint effort to rebuild a key piece of land.

RERA has approved two of the three planned towers so far. They make up around 1.1 million square feet of sellable space in Phase 1.

Now that approvals are set, the company will roll out the first phase towers, Seaturf and Seafront, this quarter.
