Grand Hyatt Mumbai expands its leadership team

Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel & Residences has welcomed two new leaders to its team: Nikhil Dalvi as the director of sales and Harish Upadhyay as the director of revenue. Nikhil brings more than ten years of experience in hospitality sales, having worked at The Oberoi Group as a senior sales manager. There, he led the Corporate FIT team and achieved impressive revenue growth across key properties. He is well-known for his skills in sales planning and building client relationships. In his new position at Grand Hyatt Mumbai, Nikhil will guide the hotel’s sales strategy, focusing on increasing revenue, expanding client connections, and promoting the hotel as a top luxury destination in Mumbai.

Harish Upadhyay, with over twelve years of experience in revenue management at well-known hospitality brands, is also joining Grand Hyatt Mumbai. He previously served as the cluster director of revenue for Hyatt Regency properties in Ahmedabad and Raipur. Harish is recognized for his careful approach to revenue strategy and understanding of market competition. He has a strong history of increasing profits through data insights and efficient operations. At Grand Hyatt Mumbai, he will manage revenue strategies, improve pricing and distribution, and work closely with the sales and reservations teams to drive growth while maintaining the hotel’s high standards.
