Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced a new Ginger-branded hotel in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. This hotel will showcase the brand’s unique lean luxe style and offer guests a high-quality experience. Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President of Real Estate and Development at IHCL, commented that this project is part of their goal to establish hotels in important cities across India. She expressed excitement about partnering with Devendra Singh Sibbal and Kabir Sibbal on this venture.
The Ginger Raipur will have 120 rooms and is included in a mixed-use development along the Mumbai-Kolkata National Highway. Guests can enjoy Ginger’s all-day diner and bar, Qmin, a modern fitness center, and flexible meeting areas.
Devendra Singh Sibbal and Kabir Sibbal, Directors of Utsav Group, expressed their enthusiasm for working with IHCL on this project, aiming to introduce Ginger’s lean luxe concept to Raipur.
