What is a heritage bungalow?
Mumbai tags these as protected historic spots. City rules guard them. They hold architecture, culture, or history value. Changes face strict rules to keep looks true.
Heritage Grade IIB allows high-rise redo sometimes. Not always for others. Leela’s site fits that. It can shift use for a tall building, an unnamed developer said.
