Keystone Realtors reported strong Q4 results. Their profit more than doubled. It reached 67 crore rupees. Keystone Realtors Ltd. has landed three redevelopment projects. These are in Mumbai for the June quarter. The projects have a revenue potential exceeding 7,700 crore rupees. A company official stated they are seeking more land. This is to grow their home building business.
The company’s CMD, Boman Irani, shared details. He said the company did very well in the first quarter. This was true for sales bookings, project launches, and land purchases. Keystone Realtors in Mumbai had its best quarter ever. Pre-sales hit 1,068 crore rupees. This occurred in the April-June period of the 2025-26 fiscal year. That’s a 75% increase from the prior year’s same quarter.
Irani also discussed business growth. He mentioned adding three new projects. Their estimated total value is 7,727 crore rupees. Irani added that the company has already surpassed its goal. They aimed to add 6,000 crore rupees worth of projects this fiscal year. Irani noted they are searching for more land. This is across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The goal is to build more housing projects.
