Signature Global plans to launch homes worth Rs 6,000 crore in Gurugram between July and September, according to the chairman

Signature Global, a top name in real estate, plans to launch homes worth Rs 6,000 crore in Gurugram this quarter. The target audience includes both homebuyers and investors. Even though pre-sales dropped by 15% in the June quarter, the company still expects to hit its sales goal of Rs 12,500 crore for the year.

The firm aims to offer new homes in Gurugram to meet demand from buyers and investors. Last year, Signature Global ranked as the fifth-largest listed real estate company based on sales bookings. It trailed behind giants like Godrej Properties, DLF, Lodha Group, and Prestige Estates. The company’s pre-sales hit a record Rs 10,290 crore in the previous fiscal year.

In a chat with PTI, Chairman Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal shared that the company started one housing project in Gurugram last quarter. This project alone has a revenue potential of roughly Rs 3,500 crore.

He added, “This quarter, we plan to introduce 3.5 to 4 million square feet. Our total sales outlook is around Rs 6,000 crore.”
