YSRCP’s rule brought troubles to real estate

Borra Radhakrishna, chairman of Sri Durga Malleswara Swamy Temple and known as Gandhi, blamed the previous government’s choices for the state’s real estate woes. Those moves stalled growth and hurt residents.

At NAREDCO’s Amaravati Property Festival in Vijayawada on Saturday, September 20—the event’s second day—Radhakrishna called Vijayawada and Amaravati key hubs for the state’s future. He noted that projects there would help not just locals, but the whole region too.

Radhakrishna thanked NAREDCO for the show. It educates people on growth potential. Events like this build trust in buyers. They also boost the real estate field.

TDP corporator N. Balaswamy felt hopeful. He said government steps would spark a comeback for real estate. Amaravati will gain a top spot in state progress soon. That means jobs and business chances for every home nearby.

The festival runs three days and ends Sunday. More than 5,000 people visited the first two days. They showed strong interest in buying homes, per NAREDCO’s release.

Sandeep Mandava, NAREDCO Central Zone chairman, Kiran Paruchuri, state organizing secretary, and others attended.
